Patrick Quan

Patrick Quan specialises in migration law and has a particular expertise in migration appeals.

He is both a lawyer and migration agent.

‘I have been specialising in migration law for over 13 years. During that time, I have advised and assisted a wide range of individuals, companies and businesses on migration applications and appeals. My clients include individuals and businesses operating in the hospitality, engineering, mining, real-estate and automotive industries. I’ve also advised international consulting firms, law firms, accounting firms, community and religious organisations on migration matters.’

Patrick also provides advice to local and interstate migration agents and lawyers on complicated migration matters and Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) enquiries.

‘I enjoy working in migration law because the law is constantly changing and complicated.

The work is challenging, but the results we achieve for our clients are very rewarding. In my view, it is important to ensure that you get it right the first time. I’m very adept at keeping on top of the changes in Australian migration law.’
