Alex is the Practice Manager at TNS Lawyers and an experienced legal operations professional who supports firms to run smoothly, stay compliant, and deliver a consistently high client experience. She has worked across a broad range of practice areas including employment law, defendant WorkCover, commercial law, criminal law, and wills & estates.

With a background spanning legal practice, governance, corporate and operational leadership, Alex brings a practical, systems-driven approach to people, process and performance. Her experience includes HR and office management, staff training, compliance and procedure development, accounts support, and IT support—along with paralegal experience, including carriage of matters, drafting, research and file management support that strengthens lawyer capacity and client outcomes.

Alexandra is highly analytical and proactive—anticipating risks early and translating complex moving parts into practical next steps. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Laws part-time through Deakin University to extend and consolidate her knowledge, strengthen the support she provides to staff, and help ensure the practice delivers clear, consistent, client-focused outcomes.
