Doris

Doris is a licenced conveyancer with almost 10 years of experience in conveyancing and supporting clients with their property transactions across Australia. She manages matters end-to-end—from your standard mum and dad residential purchases, through to complex investment purchases, mid to large scale developments, and complex commercial buildings—acting for all parties and guiding clients through each stage with calm, clarity and precision.

Doris has a Diploma of Conveyancing and is known for her exceptional attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and consistently outstanding client feedback. She provides timely, practical updates, anticipates issues early and helps clients navigate queries and documentation efficiently—often finalising key steps well ahead of deadlines to give clients confidence and peace of mind.

In addition to conveyancing, Doris has expanded her work in commercial property and business transactions, assisting with commercial lease preparation and sales of business matters, including related licensing requirements. Her working knowledge spans key systems and regulators involved in property and business dealings, including FIRB, SRO, PEXA, Land Titles Offices and PPSR.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Doris supports a diverse client base and is committed to making each transaction feel supported and straightforward. She takes genuine pride in being alongside clients on their journey—whether it’s buying a first home, securing an investment, or completing the sale of a business.

In her free time (what free time), Doris is studying a law degree at Deakin University and enjoys her coastal walks in Geelong.
